High 5ive Teardown →
Video of Nicole and I de-installing a huge installation we did last fall as part of the BASE exhibition. I reversed the video and jumped the speed 4x; the effect is like the 40 hours it took to set up are compressed into 4 minutes; good times.

Grandpa
Grandpa
Some of my first memories are of Pap, as we grandkids call him. His bright eyes and wry wit, his strong hands and stories of his many adventures, made Mimi and Pap’s my favorite place growing up.
He showed me wonders in his workshop, where I’d spend hours working on little projects, but mostly watching what he was doing, amazed at how he could create stunning scenes out of a bare piece...

I see this as one of the core issues I’d like my art to bring to light. This massive disparity in wealth, power, and influence is at the heart of what I think are the world’s greatest challenges today: poverty, hunger, racism, sexism, environmental degradation, and pollution.
This 1% of our population now has so much power, power which requires that they remain vested in continuing...
